Question: I started meditating about a month ago and I feel relaxed. I still have a little trouble experiencing the silence though. As soon as I start to meditate, my mind becomes a movie-maker all of a sudden. I keep thinking about my family and my boyfriend and build up stories about what might happen. |

Question: I made the decision not long ago to start a meditation practice. Meditation is something that I have wanted to try for years, though I did not have the courage for a long time. However, the need for healing and peace has driven me to incorporate it into my daily routine. I already feel it impacting my life. I am calmer, more at ease and my life feels less frenetic in general. |

Question: Recently I have been rededicating myself to meditation and I have been experiencing an intense, simple, extremely quiet and peaceful awareness with no focus on the body specifically, but rather some sort of broader awareness seems to happen and although I'm not so sure what it is or where it is, but I am enjoying it quite immensely. |
